Once you are up and running, you can follow the steps below. In particular, Windows 11 build 23493 (or newer) will download. Your PC will download and install a new version of Windows 11. You can then head back to Windows Update and click the Check for Updates button. Press Continue and then follow the steps on your screen. Click the Get Started button, link your Microsoft Account, and choose Dev Channel.
Then hit Ctrl+j to open your browser’s downloads a menu listing your downloads should appear. Wait for the file to finish downloading in your browser. From there, you can choose Windows Insider Program and sign in with a Microsoft Account. To make a bootable Windows 10 USB drive, begin by downloading the Media Creation tool from Microsoft’s Download Windows 10 website. If you're not already on the Dev channel, you can enroll any Windows 11 PC into this channel by opening the Windows 11 Settings app and by going to Windows Update. Keep in mind, this channel can be unstable, and you'll run into bugs if you install these builds. It is currently only available in the Dev channel, starting with Windows 11 build 23493.
